Assistant take complete charge of a tender team with two staff and assign corresponding work to team members.-         Work out market research schedule based on industry & competitors’ status. Provide latest market information to high level management team.-         Assist Establish and maintain solid business relationship with purchasing department & logistics department from major European Automotive OEMs (BMW, Daimler, Volkswagen, Jaguar & Land Rover, Ferrari & Maserati, Porsche, Ford, Lincoln, etc.) to solicit the RFI, RFP & RFQ of desirable prospective logistics projects.-         Coordinate FRI/FRP/RFQ review to summarize cost & time line information, prepare quotation & service proposal response upon approval from General Manager.-         In line with internal departments (Operation, Quality, Accounting, etc.) to analyze technical strategy, anticipated margins and potential risks.-         Source, where necessary, price and logistics service capability information from subcontractors.- Assist BD manager to prepare the tendering’s PPT with the ultimate logistics solution for customer.-         Participate in presentation of tenders/proposals session, clearly demonstrating the superior solutions.-         Participate in the tender clarification, contract review & handover meetings.-         Work with Daimler warehouse manager in the development and implementation of strategic business initiatives, financial and operational performance of the business.-         Assist Daimler warehouse manager to develop a marketing strategy that maintains current clients as well as provides for client growth and diversification.- SOP handbook’s making - Regularly training the warehouse staff in basic operation skills with office applications.

- Maintaining the level of stocks in warehouse and the products for sales;- Monitoring the stocks and daily needs for sales;- Dealing with customers’ special needs.- Keeping the customers updated with the procedures of their products;- Checking the availability of auto parts and processing them into production orders;- Pick and pack products.
