I am a Chief Developer serving as a member of the Architecture Board for ADP's next-gen payroll system(PI). My primary responsibility is the development of an IDE aimed at payroll specialists with no coding experience. The goal is to provide the payroll specialist the tooling necessary to implement payroll policies(Regular Pay, Overtime, Health, etc...) in a straightforward, business friendly manner. The IDE backend will then generate the necessary metadata to run an organization's payroll.In addition to my primary responsibilities, I serve as a subject matter expert for API design, Java development, system architecture, and CI/CD across multiple teams.
