Achievements:- Paving the way for wider transformation. Listening and influencing across four highly differentiated technical, engineering, marketing and trading businesses to agree a ‘next-gen’ technology architecture and path forward to wider digital exploit. Crucially, this involved working with Legal, HR and Cyber teams to rebuild policy and standards, to ensure safety and security. New policy and standards released in all areas to support the transformation journey.- Delivered a seamless collaboration platform. Including consolidating telephony onto the Microsoft Lync platform, migration of corporate email into a private cloud, launch of social (Yammer) and mobile platforms, along with BP’s first mobile apps and a large scale desktop deployment. Resulting in strong cost reductions and improved customer experience.
