Tasks have included various SharePoint customizations, Apps for SharePoint, custom PowerShell Cmdlets, integration with Office 365 and other Microsoft services (e.g. translation services), and custom migration tools.

Projects included SharePoint migrations, custom business applications, and content management. Project Highlights:- CONEX: SharePoint-based intranet site that included custom branding and features, integrated with NewsGator Social Sites, and consolidated the existing SharePoint content from 2003 and 2007. 
- Electronic Contracts: SharePoint and ASP.NET-based applications to create and manage customer service agreements. Included in-browser notifications for customers with expiring contracts, creation of new contracts electronically, and contracts generated in PDF form. 
- Channel Maps: SQL and SharePoint-based solution to pull channel lineup information from physical cable hardware in each area. Included organizing and optimizing the information for customers to view on the public website.

SharePoint and .NET development, design, configuration, support, and maintenance for business-services-related departments. Project Highlights: - Surplus Property Management System: Customization, implementation, and support for the SPMS ASP.NET application. The application provided management tools for inventory, sales, and auctions. 
- UBiz Intranet Site: SharePoint-based intranet site for the University Business Services departments. Included custom branding, document management, and other business applications. 
- RFID Asset Tracking: Conducted pilot of RFID-based asset tracking to determine cost of implementation and potential cost savings. 

In October 2009, spoke on behalf of eCopy (now Nuance) during the Microsoft SharePoint Conference 2009 in regards to the success of a project involving the reduction of paper, postage, and labor for a purchasing process by utilizing Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007 and eCopy PowerWorks/ShareScan.
