Incubated the initial idea for Kinobi while a 4.0 Lab Fellow.Partnered with local schools and educators to design and test products that could improve the educational experience of students.Developed and piloted prototypes for improving teacher training programs by providing automated synchronous feedback systems.

Worked with district leaders, school principals, teachers, and community partners to design and implement school turnaround plans.Developed and implemented a school turnaround plan for a failing high school, including managing input and ratification from State, District, and School leadership on the priorities and scope of the turnaround plan.
