I excel in peaceful mediation, working as a confidant during times of tension and crisis for employees and leaders.In healthcare, I have extensive experience caring for patients and families, especially those facing end-of-life situations, hospice, palliative care, psychiatric care, rehabilitation, ethical decisions, and complex family dynamics. Together, we became certified foster parents with the State of Kentucky in 2008. Since 2012, we’ve also been mentor resource parents with the University of Kentucky & Kenton County Cabinet for Children and Family Services. We provide one-to-one and couples support to new foster parents, guiding them through the challenges and joys of foster care.
