Under my leadership, the team maintained an exceptional customer retention rate with less than -1% gross churn while achieving significant growth in upsells and cross-sells, contributing nearly 30% to the overall company revenues.

As the Vice President of Professional Services at Kaltura, I brought together all customer-focused teams and developed a cohesive group that included project management, solution architecture, sales engineering, IT, backend development, front development, and QA. Under my leadership, the team achieved many significant accomplishments, including successfully leading the discovery, design, development, and deployment of ALL of Kaltura's customers, including prestigious organizations such as Stanford University, Intel, Disney, and AT&T. I created and published a services catalogue that standardized all Kaltura services and developed a network of certified 3rd party development and deployment partners that resulted in successful partnerships that are still active and growing. Additionally, I implemented an internal and customer-facing project management and delivery system and supported core product development through a conscious reduction of non-repeatable software development. These achievements have positioned Kaltura as a successful company with exceptional professional services capabilities to handle complex deployment challenges.

This included managing all professional services, project management, support, and account management teams, developing procedures, and overseeing activities. During a period of rapid growth, I trained and hired the Kaltura project management team and built a robust support infrastructure, including a 24/7 support desk. In addition, I led the technical architecture of successful multimillion-dollar deals and exceeded quota goals quarter to quarter while coaching a team of sales engineers and solution architects to determine, plan, and recommend software and service solutions. My team's technical RFP/RFI responses had an exceptionally high percentage of wins, and we created a sales team hub of competitive information, product knowledge, and technology while providing hands-on support to the top strategic opportunities. Overall, I played a significant role in building Kaltura's success and growth in the technology industry.

As an officer in the Israeli Air Force, I specialized in operations and managed multi-million dollar systems operations, leading large multidisciplinary teams. I was a member of the founding team of the 'Arrow' Systems Operations unit and received numerous citations for excellence. I planned and executed strategic collaborations between Israeli and foreign militaries, oversaw resource allocation and management, led operational centers, and deployed official policies across various disciplines and successfully led massive organic growth periods.I also launched a bunch of missiles 😁
