I was literally born into healthcare.My mum was working as a candy striper, pulling a double shift on the eve of halloween. She was dressed in a clown costume and went into labor mid-way through her shift. She dedicated 48 years of her life to healthcare.In my 25 years of experience working in healthcare, it has proven to be a juggling act. Currently, I work with large healthcare organizations, where I lead cross-functional teams, corporate headquarters, c-suites, and clinical teams. My work is based on helping organizations optimize their most valuable asset- their people. Every team has one thing in common- lack of time-I can help with that.I partner with leaders by building symbiotic relationships across systems.I engineer sustainability in standard work.And, I specialize in giving workforces their time back. The sum of this work is much more than a magic trick.Previously, I worked at Dignity Health Medical Foundation as a Clinic Operations Manager, leading ambulatory and inpatient teams, and steering cultural transformation, (i.e. Hello Humankindness, The MMG Way).
