- Data entry and upkeep. (ERP software, Aberon)- Stock tracking and management in accordance with customer demand.- Customer order processing.- Customer-facing invoices duties.

- Coordinating the daily activities in the laboratory and support the technicians’ work.- Establish PepsiCo’s protocols for usage of lab equipment.- Work closely with Quality Manager to maintain food safety requirements.- Monitoring and recording all the parameters that are needed in a monthly basis.- Trained and learned the environmental system in the plant.

- Collecting, preparing and testing samples- Recording data- Cleaning, calobrating and maintaining tha laboratory equipment- Compute salt and moisture content using chemical and mathematical procedures- Order supploes to maintain the laboratory inventory
