At Housing Connector, it’s an honor to engage with the nonprofit community across the DFW area to drive the adoption of our Zillow-powered platform, as I develop and deliver scalable strategies to end housing insecurity. I get to drive operational excellence in developing and leading Housing Connector’s newest program strategy in Dallas - Direct to Resident. As the Community Program Manager, I am able to implement scalable program management strategies to achieve our mission in housing the hidden homeless.

Oversee and manage the day-to-day navigation strategy, operations, and logistics for the United Way Dallas | DRAC program in partnership with the City of Dallas. Project managed $30 million in housing crisis initiative funding for community partner agencies. Support agencies in data collection, grant compliance, analysis, goals, and social media strategies. Recruit, hire, train, and manage navigation staff for the project.

Developed and implemented grant-funded program initiatives from inception to completion in partnership with the City of Atlanta. Organized and facilitated community activities; created focus groups and listening sessions with residents and partner organizations.

Girl Scouts is a one-of-a-kind leadership development program for girls with proven results and it is the world's largest leadership development organization for girls. My role consisted of championing innovative thinking, collaboration, and partnership to execute effective recruiting sale strategies that increased girl and adult membership for the brand.

Girl Scouting programming prepares girls for a lifetime of leadership, success, and adventure in a safe, no-limits place designed for and by girls. My role consisted of developing, coordinating, implementing and directing council-wide sponsored programs and special events. I also developed, coordinated, and implemented a vigorous outdoor program that provided girls with enriching, progressive outdoor experiences, including summer camp programs.
