Designing, planning and dimensioning (hardware, software, IP backbone links and Internet Uplinks) of the IP Networks, NMSs, Mobile Packet Core and Corporate Solutions.Assists Sales during presales visits to corporate customers and designs solutions to meet their requirements.Communicate with MTN Group for new and existing solutions.Instructs and authorizes configuration changes and implementations of new elements in the IP Networks and NMSs.Prepare performance and optimization reports for the IP Networks.Prepare the order of hardware, features, functionalities and software releases for the IP Networks and NMSs.Prepare work orders towards Network Operations and field Operations and other departments for the executions of implementation plans and configuration changes.Prepare detailed configuration instructions.Participate in the acceptance tests of new elements and features for the IP Networks and NMSs, during the First Office Application Phase.Contacts vendors, exchanging information about software and hardware upgrades.Analyzes overall network impact of proposed configuration changes.Studies new technologies and purposes improvements in the IP Networks and NMSs.Documents network configurations and Corporate solutions, maintaining an updated library with the configurations of the network.

• This position performs key development and delivery role for enabling tools and processes for Outside Plant Engineering. This position contributes towards development of geospatial and analytics platform for Network planning, engineering and MTN business.• This position needs strong partnership with Network Planning, Engineering, MTN business, Network Capital management teams to evaluate business challenge, to prioritize delivery commitment and to work with business counterpart for implementation and adoption.• This position requires successful partnership with other development teams, Test organizations, project PMs to collaborate and communicate decisions/issues/risks to ensure smooth delivery and business enablement.
