* Identify, prepare, and establish Bill of quantities for various packages. * Analyze project drawings, specifications, and other documentation to prepare comprehensive cost estimates. * Collaborate with vendors, sales teams, and other project stakeholders to refine and adjust estimates as needed. * Generating cost related reports and documentation. * Preparation of Rate Analysis, Reconciliation reports and Bar bending Schedules. * Preparation of various stages of cost plans as per project requirements. * Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Planning skills * Estimation of Personalized Customization units/villas and PMD works. * In coordination with the CRM team, assisting customers through unit customization, understanding customers’ requirements in detail, and assist them in making the right choice for their unit. * Provide cost estimates during change process and advise of cost impact of changes.

* Contribute to the preparation of regular reports on project costs, progress, and forecasts for stakeholders.* Preparing bill of quantity for civil and structural works as per technical specifications.* Conduct site measurements and valuations to ensure that project costs align with the actual work completed.* Prepared detailed reports on activities.
