I have helped with the implementation of OpenText based software to a vast number of customers. My roles consist of gathering requirements through workshops, assisting business teams in obtaining their requirements. My other roles include database design, writing the technical design, UAT support, implementation and workshop demonstrations. Other consumer based organisations that I have worked for:• Major UK Law Firm – Assisted with UAT implementation and SQL script development, through configuration changes.• UK Government – Developing backup/replication procedures for eDOCS Business Intelligence (Essex Police).• Major Norwegian Engineering Firm – Assisted with Integration of Autocad drawings, Transmittal process, Business Intelligence development, eDOCS Enterprise Webtop setup in development environments (Novo Nordisk).• Work for regulatory body for work-based pension schemes in the UK where I was involved working with the eDOCS DM and integrating with MS CRM and Records Management implementation. I have worked on a project for an insurance group leading in specialist underwriting business working on with eDOCS DM, BPM and eCopy integration. • Largest Global Paints and Coatings Company – Assisted a major consulting firm with the setup of the eDOCS DM and BPM integration (AkzoNobel).• Work with Cap Gemini with the implementation of BI and Genio Upgrade for GM Chevrolet.• UK Financial Regulator - As a Technical lead I helped with the implementation rollout of Livelink and most recently with the export migration of Livelink data to the Bank of England.

I have also been involved with a major electronic payment and smart card systems to both a range of blue chip organisation, government organisations and large financial organisations. Within these roles I have provided input into the scoping, development and implementation of various projects.

Provide software support services to clients utilizing the Hummingbird Business Intelligence tools including experience with; BI Broker, BI analyze (OLAP), BI Query and BI Reports, SQL Server 6.5 /7, Oracle, Informix and Ingres middleware.
