 Maintenance & Trouble Shooting of automated plant equipments like Depalletizer, Palletizer, electromatic filler,Gasser/Crimper , capper, Button tipper, shrink Bundler, case Erector, Case Packer, conveyors, water bath etc. Setup of machines as per product change over Preventive Maintenance of M/Cs as per Schedule to minimize breakdown time & also to maintain quality of product  Record keeping according to SQF, GMP and HACCP requirement  Knowledge about making & reading of drawings Handled different Job tasks and completed in well organized manner

 Overall responsible for all production, maintenance, environment, quality, shipping, store & HR function Lead & support continuous improvement initiatives and activities to ensure KPI’s are met  Trouble shoot Production & Maintenance problems in order to maintain and ensure line output Manages employees in order to achieve /exceed the performance indicators of the deptt.  Planned production & maintenance related activities to meet targets/ goals Schedule labour & assigning appropriate tasks according to line standards & output requirements Responsible for reviewing of plant SOP’s & KPI’s Responsible for implementing and reviewing a quality systems Responsibilty for maintaining and improving the plant QM & GMP rating  Ensure that all work is performed in healthy & safe manner through various environmental Health & Safety aspects  Responsible for Operation & maintenance of automated plant equipment (like Filler, labeller, Blow Moulding Machine, Bottle Washer, Case Packer/Unpacker, Conveyors, EBI, Crate Washer, Air Compressors etc.) and localization of spares as to reduce maintenance cost
