He has also worked with consulting companies such as Eicher Consultancy Services [ECS] and Grow Talent.Earlier, he worked with Eicher Motors Ltd [now Volvo-Eicher], an Indo-Japanese auto maker. During this period, he learnt the fine nuances of Lean Manufacturing and Quality Control Systems.A firm believer that positive change can only be sustained by holistically addressing people and business processes, he, in his assignments, combines the human side of business with core business technicalities. Further, for effective problem-solving, he also enables application of advanced data analytic tools such as machine learning and deep learning.Charanjiv consults in Business Excellence [EFQM], Operational Excellence, Leadership Assessment/ Development and LSIP based facilitation.
