Down-selling of underwritten loans enabling the Bank to churn assets, improve liquidity and reduce capital exposure. Obtained sanctions worth INR 1.5 Billion. Appraisal of project loans/ term loans from a syndication perspective and structuring greenfield/ re-finance projects along with Corporate Finance group to facilitate syndication on best efforts/ fully underwritten basis. Preparing Information Memorandums/ deal teasers (across sectors like Roads, Logistics, Aviation, Real Estate, Infrastructure) including financial model to pitch deals to other Banks/ Financial Institutions.Liaison with credit managers/ investment managers of other banks/ financial institutions in deal execution and documentation.
