Launched Freshworks' brand new Omnichannel support offering. Grew Omnichannel business revenue 2x since launch. Built the Early Access Program framework for Freshdesk. Re-designed and shipped the SLA management module of Freshdesk, and increased API coverage across the Freshdesk product. Shipped the new agent management experience, and workforce management features in Freshdesk.

Managed workflows, automations and API management modules of Freshdesk (Freshworks' flagship product). Steered the mid-market readiness plan for Freshdesk, and as part of it implemented better API management, shipped and re-designed automations module and audit logs. Guided the GTM teams in building out solutions for Freshworks' top deals.

As the first Solution architect at Freshworks, I was responsible for Freshworks' largest and most complex deals at the time. Conducted deep discovery sessions and solutioning sessions with customers to ensure successful technical implementations. Advised SI partners on solutions being implemented for Freshworks customers. Built the Technical Architects Council framework to ensure buy-ins across the org in qualifying solutions for large deals being brought in at the early stages to ensure a smooth solutioning process.

Managed the Sales Engineering org for the US region focused on SMB and Mid Market deals. Built a high performing team focused on tackling complex solutions and technical closure of accounts. Trained SEs across Freshworks on technical solutioning and demo best practices. Built an automated Sales Engineering product environment and standardized demo qualities and prep time for the global Freshworks org.

Ran product demos of Freshdesk, for the SMB and Midmarket sales teams. Saw accounts through to technical closure. Assisted customers from different verticals in building out their end to end solutions for support implementations.Learnt the basics of APIs, code and the SAAS world, and helped customers build out complex solutions in their implementations.Closed a good number of Freshdesk's large deals at the time.
