- Assist the CFO-Agri in developing an efficient financial planning, budgeting and forecasting model and related processes.- Ensure proper implementation of credit mitigation decisions and monitor credit ceilings per country, per region, and at the group level via an established process of a regular system check on credit reports.- Prepare a consolidated cash-flow plan based on cash flow prepared at operating entities and central accounting; assist CFO-Agri in managingcash requirements of the Agri group.- Ensure timely receipt of monthly financial statements from operating entities, and check accuracy enabling integrity of accounts.

- Assist General Manager and Board Of Directors in strategy formulation and implementation.- Develop bank budget in aliment with Strategic Plan set by General Manager and Board Of Directors.- Manage bank investment portfolio to meet long-term financial objectives and risk tolerance, through prudently managing mix of assets and liabilities.

- Ensure that recognition, measurement, reclassification and impairment of financial instruments are disclosed in ordinance with IFRS Standard and Central Bank regulations.- Maintain proper mapping and allocation of ECL in compliance with BDL Circulars and IFRS9 Standard with reports to management and Central Bank.- Manage and Control Tangible and Intangible Asset accounts in compliance with BDL Circulars and IFRS Standard with reports to management.

- Provide account services to customers by receiving deposits and loan payments; cashing checks; issuing savings withdrawals.- Reconcile cash drawer by proving cash transactions; counting and packaging currency and coins; reconciling loan coupons and other transactions; turning in excess cash and mutilated currency to head teller; maintaining supply of cash and currency.
