Current● Assisting in filing Complaints and Solving a variety of cases such as: Civil Liability of Doctors, Labor Complaints, Right of Way Complaints, Bounced Check, Burglary, Fraud, Forgery, Drug Abuse, and Defamation.● Establishing and registering of Limited Liability Company LLC, Corporation and Anonymous Company at the Commercial Register and obtaining necessary permits and licenses.● Registering and transferring Real Estates in front of the Registrar and the Department of Finance.● Drafting Agreements (Sales, Lease, Labor, franchise...).● Writing up legal documents like will, trusts and gifts.● Attending hearings at court (civil court, penal court, urgent matters).● Assisting Medical Legal Consultant and drafting agreements for theHospital/employees, Hospital/Medical Companies, Hospital/Ministry of Health, Hospital/Social Security, Doctors/patients, records of medical general assembly, records of board members.● Giving oral arguments in a court of law.● Presenting evidence in court to support clients in legal proceedings.● Preparing arguments to be heard in a trial.● Studying police reports, interview transcripts, medical records and otherfacts to make a case for the plaintiff.● Preparing questions to ask witnesses.● Interviewing witnesses, defendants and clients.● Advising clients on their legal rights and obligations.● Researching precedents in law libraries and then using the finding toprovide a defense for the clients and support their cases in court.● Negotiating with other barristers, solicitors, legal executives and theirclients.● Getting to know clients and developing and maintaining clientrelationships.
