- Supervise the accounts payables & receivables.- Supervise the accounting department staff.- Monitoring & checking the implementation of the government financial regulations.- Elaborating and submitting quarterly and yearly official reports to the Ministry of Finance: Value added tax (VAT). Tax on Salaries: R3, R5, R6, R7, R8, R10. Yearly tax return.- Elaborating and submitting the monthly & yearly NSSF official forms & reports.- Analysis of key expenditure accounts.- Managing & maintaining professional relationship with: Banks: transfers, loans, reconciliation… External auditors: coordinate, assist in Interim & final audit process, quarterly & yearly taxes Lawyers: coordinate to a properly process in the transfer of shares, Minutes of meeting of the General assembly & board of directors.- Oversees the performing month end closing tasks.- Generates monthly: Income statement: per outlet, consolidate. Sales performance analysis: by outlet, customer, aging. KPI (real, real v/s budget…), Payroll analysis: per outlet, per section, per machine, v/s salaries scale.- Generates monthly cash flow in order to prepare the payments budget. - Prepares a variety of studies, reports and related information for decision-making purposes (quarterly): Income statement, balance sheet, break even analysis, key performance indicator, ratios, feasibility study, statistical reports.- Coordinate & collaborate with the Ministry of Finance & the NSSF in any inspection.
