I always thrive to expand my knowledge in the technical aspect of my position that is why I am in charge of the testing and debugging of our technical flow. Also, I am in charge of creating reports analyzing the data and coordinate with the affiliates and aggregators to make sure that the flow has been implemented correctly. In addition, I am a multitasker, perfectionist and someone who goes above and beyond on each and every task. I love to expand my knowledge in multiple subjects; that is why in my professional career, I worked in different fields, from technical account management, technical consulting, training and development, customer service and sales to construction helper and I learned a lot of skills from each and every job. What about my Education?I am an Antonin University business administration graduate who majored in marketing; I expended my knowledge by taking multiple online courses in digital marketing with the latest being Professional Digital Marketing Associate Diploma from the Lebanese American University.I also studied computer engineering for a while which helped me to know my way around computers; Although I did not finish this degree, I am always learning new technical skills in my job to stay up to date. And finally, my added value:I have been an active volunteer in the Independence scout association since the year 2006; I lead all kinds of teams from a small patrol which is 7 to 8 people to the group around 250 people and now I’m the team leader of the media team in my scout association and a certified trainer for the Lebanese scout federation, this helped me acquire multiple interpersonal and soft skills through the years: leadership, managerial, teamwork, training and many more.
