➢ Successfully managed and implemented programs in the Bekaa region focusing on Psychosocial Support, education ensuring the achievement of the programs’ objectives and targets and contributing to Youth growth and development.➢ Successfully appointed by the Head Office as the focal point for the GCC program➢ Successfully managed SAMS portfolio in Bekaa handling a total budget of 500KUSD and worked with institutional donors.➢ Drove the growth of the Bekaa programs team and currently managing 13 team members (Project officers, Project assistants, outreach workers, case management team, social workers, psychotherapist and driver).

➢ Developed a new psychosocial support methodology SKILS – Social Kinesthetic Intervention- Life Skills, based on motor skills and addressed to support the self-regulation and team building, for both ages 6-9 and 10-14➢ Created and shot 5 awareness session videos on COVID-19 for Children that were screened on camps TV channels➢ Developed an innovative approach for learning aspect through life skills methodology called AL7أل 50LUT10N for ABLN program➢ Developed the LEI tool (Learning Effectiveness Indicator) to measure the learning of the staff and partners and the beneficiaries in order to enhance and adapt the content according to their needs

➢ Developed a psychosocial support methodology called Something Out Of Nothing (SOON) that focuses on children personal development and interests and delivered trainings for War Child staff members and other INGOs Animators and facilitators on SOON, facilitation skills, body language, voice control, imagination and Psychological First Aid (PFA)➢ Drove the growth of the department and managed a team of ten animators implementing SOON Methodology across War Child projects with Children 10-14 Years old➢ Developed and delivered “Fourth Wooden Leg” training to community facilitators and teachers on inclusion, changing their mind-set and perspective and communication with children;

➢ Developed Child Friendly Space (CFS) manual in collaboration with the Project Manager andPsychosocial Support trainers- Provided technical support for animators in conducting recreational activities (challenges, solutions, interaction with children and attraction of audience)- Built the capacity of animators to enhance them for a better delivery program and built their interpersonal skills- Delivered trainings and workshops in theatre for children and Animators- Organized and planned end of year and community events

- Conducted Psychosocial Support sessions, recreational activities, and awareness sessions for Children 3-18 years old in child friendly spaces- Developed theatre plays along with children in Home of Hope (fundraising and social cohesion)

ClownOholics is a Theatrical Street Movement, where we gather to do some sharing sessions about Clowning, we practice on certain themes, then when ready, we choose a place to tackle, and do some flash mobs in the streets, tackling Pollution, Parks in Lebanon, we are a street Movement who talks about what can be done in this country Properly, we hold the spotlight and light it on a specific date in a specific area, so that people can Move and do something about it.
