My journey in the building envelope field began as a structural engineer, where I honed my skills and gained valuable experience. After several years, my passion for facades and complex architectural systems led me to pursue a Master’s degree in Façade Engineering from the University of the West of England. This decision marked a significant turning point, allowing me to specialize in a field that combines my technical expertise with a deep commitment to innovative design.With over 11 years of experience, I’ve held key roles ranging from Façade Structural Manager to Senior Façade Engineer, and currently serve as the Director of the Design Team and Technical Services. My expertise spans the design and engineering of diverse facade systems, including curtain walls, structural glass, cladding, and skylights. Beyond technical proficiency, I have a strong foundation in project management, with a strong emphasis on developing processes and procedures that ensure team alignment, efficiency, and excellence. I have a proven ability to identify and implement tools and solutions that drive projects forward, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.I am deeply committed to advancing the standards of facade engineering through strategic leadership and a focus on excellence. Equally important to me is sharing my knowledge and experience with others in the industry.
