Handling of all delegated projects of new machines filling lines and LCS projects in MENA area, with average budget of 50 million euro yearly.Responsible of projects execution to install and commission the filling lines on customer’s site, till acceptance and handover.Duties:• Receive and initiate the processing of orders and communicate with the customer on finalized pricing, status, lead times, due dates.• Responsible of the project execution budget.• Resources planning for projects installation and commissioning on site: Site manager, mechanics, electricians, processing team.• Provide technical support to customer and service technicians on questions.• Set up and maintain an efficient filling and retrieval system to record all important project documentation.• Frequent traveling on site for kick off meetings, follow up, or closing out and handover to after sales department.

Responsible for safe delivery of projects contracted by MEPEQ and LEPEQ, to schedule and cost. That by managing the project teams from project initiation to project closing. Also acting as the focal point for customer liaison & promoting client/supplier relations. Increase MEPEQ & LEPEQ’s Engineering Solutions sales volume by nurturing and maintaining relationships with LEPEQ & MEPEQ’s key accounts.Duties:Pre-project Solution Engineer:• Understand customer needs, and project objectives.• Collecting project data.• Contact, receiving and analyzing the information and offers from partners and suppliers with getting the confirmation for the technical parts and with competitive prices.• Creating and optimizing the layouts solution for efficient lines, considering the constraints of space and existing configuration, and assuring a good accessibility for lines operation and maintenance.• Preparing project technical specifications: Cycle time of each machine, accumulation calculation, number of operators, etc.• Confirming the solution with the customer.• Making the complete offer for the proposed solution.Key Accounts Manager:• Deliver positive customer service to maintain a long-lasting relationships with LEPEQ & MEPEQ’s key clients: Gulf Union Food, Almarai, Aujan, Hana water, etc.• Identify new sales opportunities and collect the required information in regards of prospects and opportunities.• Detect clients’ needs by communicating with them carefully and extensively and by visiting the client’s site.• Gain a deep understanding and a thorough knowledge of LEPEQ & MEPEQ’s products & services as well as their technical specifications in order to serve customers better. • Ensure a proper reporting of activities to MEPEQ management using the CRM system as well as other tools provided within his job.
