Homelessness NSW (HNSW) is a not for profit organisation that operates as a peak agency for its 130 member organisations to prevent and reduce homelessness across NSW.Charlotte works as a Project Officer as part of The Industry Partnership Team, a partnership between the three homelessness peaks (Homelessness NSW, Domestic Violence NSW and YFoundations). Charlotte overseas the Industry Partnership's communications strategy and two major Homelessness NSW marketing projects.

Domestic Violence NSW (DVNSW) is the peak body for specialist domestic and family violence services in New South Wales. We work to eliminate domestic and family violence (DFV) through leadership of the specialist DFV sector and the NSW policy environment, promoting best practice responses and primary prevention.

The Smith Family is a national, independent children's charity helping disadvantaged Australian children to get the most out of their education, so they can create better futures for themselves. Charlotte managed major community fundraising activities nationwide and introduced a standardised communications strategy within her work to enhance community activity, donations and relationships. Charlotte also provided events coordination to some of The Smith Family's major fundraising activities. She also provided general assistance to the Events Manager.

Barristers’ Chambers Limited provides premium offices and full service solutions to the Victorian Bar. Charlotte ensured the successful roll out of internal and external communications to BCL's 1,800 stakeholder database. She was also integral to the building of the organisations first communications strategy, which included internal process, style guides, calendars and a development of a unified organisational voice. As a member of the marketing team she participated in major projects such as the re-design of the BCL website. She also assisted the Project Management team in understanding and managing their client relationships. Charlotte started at BCL as an Executive Assistant and has assisted a number of barristers across the Victorian Bar run their practice effectively.

As a complaints handler for one of the UK's leading Banking Groups, I was responsible for managing and dealing with complex customer complaints regarding Payment Protection Insurance.This involved case study analysis to decide whether customers were eligible to receive monetary compensation from their complaints. I became a customer services expert during my times at Lloyds Banking Group, providing an excellent understanding of both the voice of the customer and the Financial Ombudsman Services in order to process these complaints in a fair, friendly and professional way.
