• Coordinate maintenance staff in prioritizing, delegating, scheduling and carryingout of maintenance for the site and ensure all jobs are carried out in a timely and professional manner• Organize external contractors to carry out work required on site and ensure they safe work during at Way Linggo Site• Attend management and staff meetings as required to provide updates of repairs andmaintenance works being carried out • Provide on call service for breakdowns• Undertake hands on repairs and maintenance and other minor general maintenance repairswithin scope of trade• Participate in undertaking risk assessments that are deemed necessary from identified hazards• Implement, review and maintain Planned Preventative Maintenance programs to ensure a timely and cost-effective operation• Record and log maintenance activities• Ensure preventative maintenance documentation is documented properly

• Effective execution of all maintenance control processes including Mechanical, Mobile HE, Power Plant, & Electrical and Instrumentation,• Empowered to manage work priority, develop job plans, define parts and material, define crafts and skills and engage the proper sources to develop safe, effective and efficient work control plan,• Provides the equipment related expertise and technical guidance on improving Preventive Maintenance activities.

• Implement and promote site HSE Standard, • Achieve maintenance budget and performance targets, • Maintain continuous improvement culture of preventive maintenance practices on Diesel & CFPS Power Plant, Electrical & Instrumentation Section, Mechanical & Mobile Maintenance section, and also Civil Maintenance Section,• Maintain a well of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems.

• Effective execution of all maintenance CFPS including Mechanical, Civil, Laboratory & Electrical and Instrumentation,• Empowered to manage work priority, develop job plans, define parts and material, define crafts and skills and engage the proper sources to develop safe, effective and efficient work control plan,• Provides the equipment related expertise and technical guidance on improving Preventive Maintenance activities.

• With approximately more than Five years’ experience in all facets of installation, preventive maintenance and repair a large range of electrical and instrumentation equipment at Gold Processing Plant and Power Station.• Well-developed management/supervisory skills, able to delegate tasks, train members of staff, complete jobs within budgets and tight deadlines. Articulates speaker and able to impart information to others clearly.
