Remains the same as my position at Sentinel Fire Protection. An educational position where I get to be hands on and positive for my team mates. Major variance being that the last company operated at higher altitude sites at all times of the year at all times of the year. Here at Vanguard in Texas we encounter triple digit temperatures, with demanding environments that increase their effects. Both places have provided challenges on the body and mind under both extremes.

This position was a challenging work environment. With a variety of work environments, and mediums. I learned to work with a variety of materials and method of installing fire suppression systems. We maintained and inspected systems, as well as handling emergency/non-emergency repair, and compliance repairs. Installed new systems, retro fitted systems to fit new tenant specifications. Set up, maintain, and tear down equipment required to modify and install fire suppression systems.
