Growing up in a family where they run their own business, Chardy’s entrepreneurial mind was nurtured. He learnt that hands-on experiences could materialised many amazing possibilities. Always interested in fixing and creating with computers since young, it is no wonder why he took up a Computer Science Degree with Honours in University. In 2006, Rails as a framework for Ruby programming language was becoming popular. With the rise of Web 2.0, new ideas for online interactions became the talk of the town. Proficient in Ruby on Rails and with a compelling desire to roll our his own software product line someday, Chardy saw the opportunity to start his own business.In 2008, Chardy decided to take a leap of faith to start his first company, Rubify, to provide consulting, design and design services for SMEs in Singapore. Rubify Technology remains as an outstanding technology service provider for startups and large enterprises, whereby customised web and mobile applications are developed and deployed to meet the needs of intended users.Being a highly creative and resourceful individual with a eye after business profitability, Chardy then started the journey of product development. In 2012, Chardy started Cloudiro, a cloud provider hosting company that offers affordable and high performance hosting of applications. Having experience in various cloud hosting services in the market, he believes that cloud hosting can be made simple to understand and value for money for small business owners.To date, Chardy has been embarking on product development to bring great software products to the market. To make this happen, he constantly keeps himself to up to date with the latest technologies for the web and mobile. Whenever time permits, he learns and experiments with new technologies to enhance usability and user experience.
