Responsible for all aspects of payroll processing, including implementation, reporting and agency filings for locations throughout the U.S. & Canada. Extensive experience entering, maintaining and reporting on employee records in the Payroll, Timekeeping and Human Resource modules in Ceridian, ADP, Paylocity and TriNet HR Services. Implemented and administered the company’s 401(k), Stock and Flexible Spending Plans, including enrollments & terminations, plan education and audit processes, through a variety of carriers (E*TRADE, MassMutual, CitiStreet, MFS, FlexAmerica). Assisted Human Resources with all aspects of their department’s functions, including benefit open enrollments, salary analysis, agency reporting, employee relations and company social functions.

Responsible for benefits administration, database maintenance, payroll & timecard processing (Ceridian & Kronos), and upkeep of personnel files for all regular, hourly employees.

Started career at Quadrus as part-time receptionist, was transferred to the quotes department after 6 months, and promoted to Quotes Manager within another 6 months. Subsequently promoted to Program Manager. Managed and handled the manufacturing needs of 3 customers, from the quotation through shipment of the final products. Was also trained & certified as an ISO 9001 internal auditor.

Worked with children, adolescents and adults to ensure their comfort & safety while they recovered from a wide variety of mental health issues. Oriented new patients, provided direct patient care and wrote client shift narratives/summaries.
