-Responsible for developing new and existing business opportunities in the coatings industry.-Worked closely with technical team and develop strong relationships with customers to sell a range of Beckers’ products.-Performs technical scans and audits at designated customer locations to assess and address technical issues and ensure the proper functioning of products.-Proactively identifies, prevents, and solves technical problems at existing customer sites to enhance customer satisfaction.-Collaborates with the technical department to handle complex technical issues and claims.-Educates customers on solutions and provides feedback for continuous improvement.-Conducts demonstrations of products, transferring knowledge on Beckers processes, and provides technical problem-solving guidance to customers.
