I’m passionate about providing personalized service, creating custom solutions, and fostering an honest company culture of continuous improvement.My Background With a bachelor’s and master’s degree in Food Science from McGill University, I’m a scientist by profession. Early on in my career, I worked in food safety auditing and catering companies around the globe.I subsequently went on to work in food ingredient manufacturing and sales roles. During this time, I discovered my passion for leveraging my technical background and sales aptitude to provide ingredient solutions to clients. When the time came to present a wider range of solutions, however, I realized there was an unmet need in the market.Thus, the idea to create Nexxus Foods was born.About Nexxus FoodsSince 2004, Nexxus Foods has been satisfying customers with functional ingredient solutions that are 100% natural.We’ve developed innovative food and beverage solutions entirely in-house. Our offerings encompass a wide range of allergen-free, gluten-free, and GMO-free options. TodayNexxus Foods has solidified its place as a leader and innovator in the food science space. I’m extremely proud of the custom solutions we’ve been able to provide for our customers, from food and beverage to sports nutrition brands and beyond. I’m also proud of the open and honest culture of trust we’ve established at every level of our organization.Operating with our core values of collaboration, respect, care, and innovation at the forefront, we’ve created an environment where staff are comfortable discussing any subject. Several of our team members have been with us for over a decade because of this. In addition to the work I do at Nexxus Foods, I’ve been an active Entrepreneurs’ Organization member since 2016. I’m deeply invested in learning, lifelong evolution, and the ongoing support of fellow entrepreneurs through this community.
