I am an avid dog lover and my two Blue Heelers (Australian Cattle Dogs) are my absolute loves. They are even named after the machining world....Haas, named after Haas CNC Machining Centers, and Caliper (Cali) after the measuring tool. I live on my own slice of heaven in Central Oregon on several acres where I love to ride quads, camp, shoot and just enjoy the great outdoors.Personally and professionally, I strive to exceed expectations and goals and learn from mistakes and mishaps. My experience in the CNC Machining industry has taught me valuable experience in vendor sourcing, project management, customer relations, portfolio growth and manufacturing knowledge that only real world exposure can bring. My experience in the classroom, earning my Masters in Business, taught me patience, discipline and theoretical management theories and success. Many of which I have been able to implement and many which I have yet to use.18 years in banking taught me the importance of building and maintaining relationships and the vitality of tailoring solutions to individual needs. It was as a Business Banker that I began to love the thrill of managing a small business and seeing the ins and outs each business I worked with had in order to achieve success. It was as a banker that I was introduced to CNC Machining. CNC Machining is fascinating, complex and critical to the manufacturing world. Every day is a new experience and every part that comes out the mill is exciting and thrilling. Just knowing that something I helped to create is going out into the world brings a satisfaction that few will ever have the privilege of knowing.
