Hi! My journey has been super unconventional. I started as a business graduate with a finance major turned into a self-taught UX designer. Currently, I'm pursuing my post-graduation in technology business management at Master’s Union✨ As an Associate Senior UX Designer deployed at Vodafone Idea, I’ve had the opportunity to lead impactful projects that significantly enhanced user engagement and satisfaction. One of my proudest achievements was a gamification enhancement project delivered in just 15 days, this initiative saw the recharge-to-spin rates skyrocket from 8% to 20.5%. Our efforts on the Vi app and website were recognized with an honourable mention from the DNA Paris Design Award 2024.Before this, I took on the entrepreneurial challenge of co-founding a startup dealing in hydroponic products. I led business development, operations, and social media strategy, where I learned the importance of adaptability, discipline, and creative problem-solving skills that are integral to any role. This entrepreneurial venture not only honed my business acumen but also gave me a diverse skill set that sets me apart in the fast-paced world of technology and design.I’ve worked with clients like Vodafone Idea, SSBeauty, Wealth 360 One, and AGOG Services, always driven by the challenge of thinking analytically and identifying risks early.
