Charina partnered with Atlas Accelerator, an early-stage technology investor, as the HR Director to invested startups. She also sits on a few Advisory Boards and teaches graduate-level HR & OD courses at the University of Washington and created the Organizational Development Program and curriculum for Bellevue College. Charina led significant global process, cost, and employee engagement improvement initiatives as an HR Executive for Boeing and Honeywell. Prior to her global roles, she was the Sr. Regional HR Manager for Pepsi and Sara Lee where she handled multiple locations and union contracts. With over 15 years of experience in private and public organizations, Charina has served clients in the United States, APAC & EMEA. She is a Certified Green Belt Six Sigma Lean Practitioner and Integral Coach for professionals and executives.
