Current· Ensures program compliance with service, contract goals, and quality assurance while also providing productive relationships with strategic partners, participants, families, employers, etc.· Oversees the Employment Training Program, SELF at Strong, Student Project SEARCH, and Adult Project SEARCH; ensures all staff are trained to provide quality services while monitoring billing and revenue expectations· Continually monitors and evaluates regulatory requirements, current and future trends and needs, and financial capability to determine most efficient and effective way to deliver services while developing and implementing program policies and procedures
