• Telephone counselling in areas such as mental health, relationships, loss, addictions, and suicide prevention.• Supervising volunteer telephone counsellors and providing training to trainee counsellors.

• Providing emotional support to clients with mental health diagnoses including Borderline Personality Disorder, Schizophrenia, and Bipolar Disorder. • Assisting clients with day-to-day living tasks including domestic duties, shopping, exercise, and medication intake.• Brainstorming and implementing plans/procedures to better promote independence and recovery within clients. • Compiling written case notes detailing any changes in mood, affect, behaviour, health, and/or cognition within clients.
