That platform was the first to take a defaulting note from first pay default all the way through REO disposition and much more. In 2012, we created a module that allowed us to be the first software to analyze SFR en mass nationwide. This allowed rental aqc groups to have actionable data on over $16,000,000,000 in SFR assets across 17 markets in 3 months.The software business, gave me the unique experience of sitting at the intersection of Bank/ Investor, Servicer, Acquisition Fund, Escrow/ Title company and Broker. I wasn't there for just one sale; I was there to listen to each stake holder and implement their needs into our software. This gave me a deep understanding of each of their processes and how to maneuver between them.Now, I use that knowledge and experience to benefit my clients everyday and I will use it for you.
