In 2012, we created a module that allowed us to be the first software to analyze SFR en mass nationwide. This allowed rental aqc groups to have actionable data on over $16,000,000,000 in SFR assets across 17 markets in 3 months.The software business, gave me the unique experience of sitting at the intersection of Bank/ Investor, Servicer, Acquisition Fund, Escrow/ Title company and Broker. I wasn't there for just one sale; I was there to listen to each stake holder and implement their needs into our software.
