Hi, I'm Charise Manuel. I have been in the accounting field for over 20 years and specializing in taxation for the last 13 years. I have an AAS in Accounting and BA in Finance.I've always had a desire to own my own business. In 1994 I decided to take action and open my own business, the thing was I didn't know what I wanted to do. I just knew I wanted to help people financially. I choose taxation. C & E Financial Services was born. I realized that I could make a difference in peoples lives by helping them with their taxes. It gives me such great pleasure when I'm able to help someone get a refund or lower their tax liability.My first year in business, I was so excited, I turned my dining room into my office and I served seven clients. I was determined and persistent to make C & E Financial Services, a successful business. Since then we have grown and as of today we have helped thousands of people with their taxes.
