Our mission at the Midwest Climate Collaborative (MCC) is to create a unified Midwestern response to the climate crisis by accelerating climate action, fostering knowledge sharing, and developing leaders across sectors. Hosted by Washington University in St. Louis, MCC brings together key organizations to drive impactful collaboration across the region.In my role, housed at the Great Lakes Energy Institute (GLEI) at Case Western Reserve University, I support strategic initiatives and programs for both GLEI and MCC. My focus is on advancing and promoting climate action across the Midwest by building strong partnerships and leading projects that drive sustainability and climate resilience for the future.

I provide consulting, business and operations support services, and coaching for people and organizations that seek to make the world a more kind, just, sustainable and equitable place. Some current and past clients include: The Climate Safe Lending Network, CCA Global Partners, Climate Collaborative and Regenerative Farms.

Green America's Center for Sustainability Solutions brings together industry groups to form Innovation Networks across supply chains to create major shifts in such areas as solar, banking and investing, agriculture and fair labor. These Innovation Networks focus on multi-stakeholder working groups with the objective of making significant, industry-wide system change. Charged with managing our agriculture-focused Networks, I delivered on a variety of responsibilities including communications, network engagement, facilitation, research, writing, operations/process improvements, meeting and event planning, and cross-departmental team participation. For two years, I served on the organization's Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (JEDI) team and co-developed the initial JEDI framework to guide the organizational strategy and implementation of JEDI goals and to foster on-going learning, dialogue, healing, and a culture of accountability.

Here at CoCreative, we help people who don't know each other and often don't even like each other solve tough problems together. We work across sectors to innovate sustainable solutions to complex, systemic challenges using creative, design-driven engagements. Coordinate all elements of Bethesda Green’s annual fundraising gala including; silent auction item procurement, sourcing and securing in-kind food and beverage donations, finalizing various contractual agreements and developing marketing strategy and timeline.Contribute to the fundraising goals and net revenue of Gala. Collaborate with and lead staff, interns and sub-contractors on Gala preparation, day-of logistics and post-Gala activities.
