Mission Support Center Liaison
- Primary point of contact and being accessible during business hours by phone, email, or chat for existing and potential customers to reach out to for requesting technical or user level support and routing the request.
- Primary point of contact for all sales personnel support requests. Maintaining a database of all requests (external or internal to SAI), and managing all requests to ensure timely completion or mitigation.
- Creating public-facing help and support documentation in the form of videos, website materials, and more to help current and potential users learn to use the product suite.
