Seeking an opportunity to use my knowledge and experience in a specific type of organization. One which:1. Treats their employees with dignity and respect. Not in theory, but in actuality.2. Doesn't use "performance issues" as a reason for termination with long-term employees, who have absolutely no existing evals reflecting such.3. Allows incivility, including bullying to continue even after HR has requested help in addressing the issue with senior management.4.
