I am in charge of managing customer service and accounts receivable associates. I have implemented several new aspects into the office that have never been in place including cross training of all customer service employees, monthly rotation of all call center reports, and I have written training books that include how-to instructions of our programs, procedures and reports. I love working in an environment that allows me to work both individually and as a team. I have created a culture for my employees of relying on each other for support in day to day activities as well as being able to work individually. Implementing training of every associate in all aspects of the office has created an understanding for each others work and how we as individuals effect one or more associates and their work. This has created a balance, understanding, and appreciation for the details needed on every level of business conducted in the office.
