I am a highly skilled and competent admin with almost 10 years of experience in supporting C-Suite level executives and above. In previous jobs I have managed multiple teams and drive them to be successful. In my current role, I support the regional GM and his 8 GMs in warehouses across 4 states. My most successful project to date with OnTrac has been our training compliance project I have over seen. In less than 6 months my team has increased their training compliance roughly 45%. That is huge and we reached a company first milestone in conjunction with this achievement. In my spare time I love to read and am passionate about helping others. I believe it is important for us to treat everyone well. Having a service mentality has allowed me to excel in my career and personal life. I will strive to serve others in everything I do.
