As proud vice Dean of TIAS School for Business and Society, I am responsible for Education, Faculty and Research. In addition I am endowed professor at Tilburg University. My chair on HRM and social security provides the opportunity to bridge the gap between academia and practice on an important societal issue: the employment of vulnerable workers on the labor market, such as workers on flexible contracts, unemployed, migrant workers, self-employed and people with disabilities. My chair is financed by Instituut Gak.At North West University in South Africa I am extraordinary professor.At NXP Semiconductors Netherlands, I am member of the supervisory board and I am member of the advisory board of Het Pon & Telos.
