Hi there!I graduated from California Lutheran University with a BA in Psychology in 2017. In addition, I earned an MS in Behavioral Psychology at Pepperdine University’s Graduate School of Education and Psychology at the end of 2019. Most recently, I passed the credentialing exam in October 2020 and I am currently practicing as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).From the beginning, I always found that my most rewarding experiences have all been working with children. As such, all my coursework and work experience, previous and current, has reflected my aspiration and commitment to achieve a career working with children. As a psychology major, I learned to understand how children grow, develop, and behave. In my various job experiences, I've learned how to educate and work with families and children of all ages and abilities. Along the way, I found Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and fell in love with the field. So I sought to expand my knowledge of ABA through my graduate program and supervised fieldwork experience. During that time I witnessed how ABA is applied to meaningfully improve the lives of not only children and their families but anyone seeking socially significant behavior change.At the end of the day, I hope to continually gain experience and knowledge that will allow me to contribute to the science of behavior while disseminating all ABA has to offer to others. In my career, I hope to also provide children, families, and staff the support and skills that they need to thrive and live their best lives.
