My central responsibility in this role was to serve as the primary recruiter and initial reviewer for all hourly staff positions at PLNU. I worked closely with hiring managers to advise them on best recruiting practices, sourcing options, Workday system processes, and salary components. With regard to compensation, I reviewed position responsibilities and recommend placement within the University's compensation structure considering external benchmarks and internal equity factors.In addition to recruiting, I managed the PLNU Employee Wellness Program and led the implementation of the habits based wellness platform, WellRight. I was responsible for wellness communication, branding, and design of all related programs and events. PLNU's Employee Wellness program won WellRight's 2018 Employee Engagement Award.
