I suggested and wrote sections for this documentation that is published on the guidance now.+ Delivered presentations of my findings and research to staff and officers across the company, including at an official COMAH Officer training conference, speaking to over 60 officers.- Radiological Assessment Monitoring team+ Worked on developing and amending calculations and formulas in the IRAT 2.0 beta version, a tool used for assessing radiation doses to people and wildlife. + Researched dosage values from new documentation and implemented them into new attributes of the IRAT 2.0 tool.- Air Quality Modelling and Assessment Unit team + Processed multiple permit applications from start to finish for medium combustion units in the UK. I liased with external clients to assess their sites.+ Learnt how to use ADMS 6.0 and internal geographical databases to model air dispersion and quality from raw emissions data provided by clients.- Nuclear Decommissioning team+ Throughout the year, I initiated shadowing this team and was part of discussions, trainings, meetings, site visits regarding nuclear decommissioning and clean up. • One of four founding members of the Go Society at the University.• Responsible for setting up and managing the admin and IT side of the society. Key role in reaching out to relevant contacts and organisations, both internal and external, for aid and resources, including equipment, memberships to national associations, and arranging external trainings by professional players.

• Plan and lead trainings weekly for women’s sessions and occasionally mixed sessions with the aim to take teams to Regionals and Nationals, often collaborating with the Women’s Captain and the Men’s Captain. • Support the captains and provide a contact for members to come to for any inquiries or communication about their strengths and weaknesses.• With influx of freshers and beginners, large focus on developing new players up to the standard of the team.

• Organised weekly socials alongside a partner for the club to increase integration between ages and experience levels and create a welcoming atmosphere in the team.• Held the role over the COVID pandemic, adjusting and quickly adapting to creative online socials to ensure the option of group activities was still accessible every week during the isolating lockdown period. • Collaborated with local charities by holding events that would raise money via attendees’ donations.
