Professional development program in which provides the opportunity to engage with public and private industry organizations to identify and refine skills such as critical and practical thinking, openness, and problem solving.• Interdisciplinary cohort of 25 students in the class of 2020.• Selected out of 150+ applicants.Semester 4 - Capstone Project - Autumn 2019I developed a project regarding increasing accessibility to standardized test preparation services for students intending to pursue higher education and professional degrees. I presented this project to current fellows, program alumni, advisory board members, and many other guests at the Capstone Showcase in Columbus, OH.Semester 3 - Spring 2019Partner: TravelCenters of AmericaChallenge: Identify different approaches and innovative ways to source and hire quality individuals in an efficient manner as well as retain currently employed talent to reduce a 35% annual turnover rate for site managers and a 110% annual turnover rate for front line site employees while considering the needs of the different departments (truck service, retail, restaurants), projected costs and returns on investments, ease of implementation, and technological needs and limitations.Semester 2 - Autumn 2019Partner: Cross Screen MediaChallenge: Provide innovative, turnkey solutions to connect Cross Screen with current undergrad, grad, professional students (create a pipeline), find a co-working space that is convenient for students and allows Cross Screen to offer co-op, internship, full-time positions, and examine how the experience with a start-up could inspire students to begin their own companies.Semester 1 - Spring 2018Partner: PelotoniaChallenge: Identify unique opportunities and formulate turnkey strategies to increase individual and overall fundraising outcomes for all Team Buckeye members and pelotons to break the $3M fundraising ceiling for Pelotonia '18 and successfully raise $3.5 per year by 2020.
