Assistant Manager (Engineering)
Current• Analyzing the root causes/trends of access network faults and take proactive measures to stop/reduce further occurrences.• Process improvements through automation Ex: On-site Asset tracker mobile application, spare-part Repair & Return Management system • Planning and optimizing access network assets to deliver the maximum outcome with the limited resources. • Managing subordinate teams and resources to maintain the network availability above the KPI by timely performing corrective and preventive maintenance.• Managing engineering project activities (TSSR, PAT, POC etc.)• Managing conflicts in working environment through good communication and negotiation with both internal and external stakeholders (cross-functional divisions, vendors, customers, site owners etc.)• [Extra Responsibility] Manage divisional oracle ERP technical support team (troubleshooting end user issues, conducting end user trainings, capitalization and maintaining network assets).• [Extra Responsibility] Manage system reconciliation and adjustment process of island wide 21 regional engineering inventories. • [Extra Responsibility] Handling engineering tools and safety equipment procurement process.
