Air Conditioning & Mechanical Ventilation

-Total responsibility for effective management of all project phases-Ensure monthly project deliverables are completed, including delivery plans, status reports, cost reports and meeting agendas-Establish overall project programme to ensure successful delivery in accordance with client requirements-Lead value engineering, buildability analysis and critically review design and documentation to maximise outcomes-Contract administration of vendors / sub-contractors- Oversee recruitment and onboarding activities for project technical teams- Overlook the HVAC Maintenance activities- Review and management of maintenance schedules and reports

 Prospecting, visiting sites & clients for collecting information on requirements and design a suitable solution for identified requirements. Attending pre bid meetings / technical meetings with clients & project managers. Selection of equipment (Chillers, Air Handling Units, Fan Coil Units, Split Air Conditioners, Water Cooled & Air-Cooled Package Air Conditioners, VRF AC Units). Obtain technical information from principals / manufacturers and communicate with principals to optimize the selection and pricing. Preparing tenders / quotations and following up and securing orders. Implementation of projects, ordering equipment, sourcing and purchasing of material / equipment & responsible for inventory as required for projects. Prospecting, visiting sites & clients for collecting information on requirements and design a suitable solution for identified requirements. Attending pre bid meetings / technical meetings with clients & project managers. Selection of equipment (Chillers, Air Handling Units, Fan Coil Units, Split Air Conditioners, Water Cooled & Air-Cooled Package Air Conditioners, VRF AC Units). Obtain technical information from principals / manufacturers and communicate with principals to optimize the selection and pricing. Preparing tenders / quotations and following up and securing orders.
